Gersh brings decades of operating experience as a CEO, board member and founder.

A respected leader across media, consumer and technology sectors, Gersh has served as CEO of several iconic brands including Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Goop and Alexander Wang. She co-founded Oxygen Media with Geraldine Laybourne, later serving as its President and COO until the company’s sale to NBC, where she went on to hold senior strategic roles, including leading NBC Universal’s acquisition of The Weather Channel Companies.
In addition to her executive leadership roles, Gersh has deep boardroom experience at major public companies. She currently serves on the boards of Hasbro, Inc. and STARZ. She also sits on the board of Jones Road, a private cosmetics company founded by Bobbi Brown, and previously served on the board of MoneyLion through its sale in 2025.
