Bethany K. Perkins has joined as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer to lead the firm’s brand and growth strategy. More than a traditional brand marketer, Perkins’s background as a tech industry executive and digital transformation consultant means she brings deep expertise guiding organizations through AI adoption. Her go-to-market philosophy blends storytelling with systems thinking, grounding tech-enabled services in measurable business outcomes and human experience improvements. Perkins previously held head-of-marketing and go-to-market-strategy leadership roles at RPO stand-out Cielo, Salesforce ecosystem darling 7Summits and tech giant IBM.
